- Clients must comply with the selected plan (Startup Kit / Professional / Premium).
- Workspace access is restricted to members only unless guest access is approved.
- No sub-leasing or sharing without written consent.
- Payments & Refunds
- Payments are to be made monthly in advance.
- Late payments attract a penalty of ₹___ per day (customizable).
- No refunds on unused days or early termination unless specified.
- Facility Usage
- Members must maintain decorum, cleanliness, and avoid disturbances.
- Shared areas (kitchen, meeting rooms) are to be used as per fair use and booking rules.
- Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible member.
- Internet & Security
- Internet access is provided for legal and ethical use only.
- Premises are under 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
- We are not liable for data loss or unauthorized device access.
- Termination
- Membership may be terminated for breach of rules, delayed payments, or misconduct.
